3 Account Eligibility & Registration

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the nk44 Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Players who discover they have accidentally created a duplicate account must contact support immediately.

4 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

nk44 will never contact you by any means — including live chat, email, phone, or messaging application — to request your password or one-time passcode (OTP). Any communication claiming to be from nk44 and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited and may be returned to the originating payment method, subject to processing timelines.

5.3 Own-Name Requirement

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the name on your nk44 Account. Third-party deposits — including payments made by family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the originating account (less any applicable processing fees) and the deposit will not be credited to the Player's Account.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 KYC Verification Requirement

Before processing any withdrawal, nk44 requires Players to complete KYC verification. This involves submitting valid government-issued identity documentation (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and where applicable, documentation verifying the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending verification.

6.2 Withdrawal to Own Accounts Only

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the Player's nk44 Account. Where a withdrawal request is made to an account not matching the Player's verified identity, the request will be declined and the Player will be required to submit additional documentation.

6.3 Processing Timeframes

For fully verified accounts, withdrawals via DuitNow are typically processed within the same business day. Withdrawals via FPX bank transfer are typically processed within one to two business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within one business day following verification, subject to network confirmation times. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period, and vary by Player VIP tier. 6.5 Wagering Requirements

Where a Player holds an active bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before the bonus-derived portion of the Account balance may be withdrawn. Real money deposits made independently of any bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and are withdrawable at any time, subject to standard KYC and processing requirements.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players as specified in each individual promotional offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. nk44 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility or withdraw promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated in their specific terms. Wagering requirements represent the number of times the bonus amount must be staked before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a wagering requirement of 10x applied to a MYR 100 bonus requires total bets of MYR 1,000 before withdrawal eligibility is established. Players are strongly advised to review the specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus before claiming.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a bonus is active and wagering requirements have not yet been met, a maximum bet restriction applies per round or per bet. The default maximum bet during bonus play is MYR 250 per bet, unless a lower amount is specified in the individual bonus terms. Bets placed in excess of the maximum bet limit during bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings at nk44's sole discretion.

7.4 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. 7.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not fully wagered within the stated validity window will expire and be removed from the Account balance along with any bonus-derived winnings accrued to that point. 7.6 Bonus Abuse

The outcomes of RNG-based games are statistically random and independently audited. Players acknowledge that casino games carry an inherent house edge and that past outcomes have no bearing on future results.

9 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on nk44 cover a range of domestic and international events including the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, FA Cup Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC, and major esports tournaments. All sports betting is subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. nk44 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error.
• Mix Parlay bets require all individual selections to be settled as winning for the overall parlay to be graded as a winner. Any voided selection within a parlay will reduce the number of legs accordingly; the parlay is not automatically voided unless reduced to a single selection.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. Maximum payout limits apply per bet slip and are subject to Player VIP tier.
• Bets on live (in-play) markets are accepted at nk44's discretion and may be suspended or rejected during periods of high volatility or close to key match events.
• Any bet found to have been placed with knowledge of information not yet publicly available ("inside information") will be voided and the Player's Account will be subject to investigation.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nk44 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an Account;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity;
• Collusion with other Players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using automated tools, bots, or AI-assisted software to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are not valid and will be recovered;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing nk44 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by nk44

nk44 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred. In cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation, nk44 may freeze Account funds pending investigation and may be required to report the matter to relevant authorities.

11.2 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting nk44 support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Once closed, the Account cannot be reopened. Players who have activated a self-exclusion period may not reopen their Account until the exclusion period has fully elapsed.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. nk44 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fees being applied. Remaining balances will be held and are accessible upon Account reactivation following identity verification.

12 Responsible Gambling

nk44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its platform. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via the Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nk44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account data;
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in Platform availability;

Nothing in these Terms limits nk44's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15 Privacy & Data

nk44 implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable law.

16 Amendments to These Terms

nk44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, nk44 will notify registered Players by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between a Player and nk44 arising from these Terms or from Platform use, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
